Spinning Interval Training to Burn Fat

Spinning is a great exercise to try if you are looking to burn fat fast. Try starting out with just 10 minutes of interval training on a spinning bike and increase the duration of each session after each week.

Warm up for five to ten minutes on the bike at an easy pace and then do 10 minutes of intervals. Pedal hard and increase the resistance for 20 seconds and then rest for the next 40 seconds. Do this cycle every minute for just ten minutes at the end of you weight workout and you will see a noticeable difference in you fat loss.

Spinning bikes are very durable, can be found used for prices under $500, and have nice wheels that make them easy to roll out of the way when you aren't using them. If you prefer to workout in a class spinning classes are very motivational if you can find one near your home or work.
