The best fitness program out there will be of no use to you unless you can actually follow through and do the routine. Nothing brings out the fitness "Super Plan" like a New Years resolution, a beach vacation, or wedding.
All fitness super plans are different but they all have one thing in common... they all require starvation and six hours in the gym every day! These are the insane plans that you make when you feel you've got to reverse ten years of bad diet in two weeks, it just can't be done.
The best workout plans are those that start simple and easy. Create a workout plan that includes exercise goals that you know you can achieve. This is especially true if your personal fitness level is not as high as it once was.
If you want to incorporate a fitness plan into your daily routine then start small with 10 or 15 minute sessions three to five days a week and then reevalute your plan at the end of each week. Increasing the time taht you spend working out every week. Slow and steady wins the race.
