High-Tech Fitness with Wii

The Westin St. Francis hotel in San Francisco lets you combine workouts with some serious play. With the high-tech Wii consoles, custom-installed by Nintendo, you can play sports or choose from different yoga, cardio and strength training exercises.
Among the Wii sports programs available are tennis, golf, baseball, boxing and bowling. The health club plans to update the system with the latest Wii games as they are released.
